Your language choice and cart are stored only in your own browser; when you send your cart on WhatsApp, the list reaches us as a WhatsApp message.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, the name, phone number and message you share are used to answer your question, prepare a price quote and deliver your order. This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties for marketing; records such as invoices are kept for the periods required by law. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp LLC, and your messages are also subject to its own privacy terms.
